SEM Laurels is for persons, 62 or older. Monthly rent based on size of apartments.
You'll find special conveniences like the Pharmacy Mini Mart, Hair Salon, Library, elevator and transportation. Take part in social, educational, and cultural events with our activity coordinator, or entertain your family and friends in our attractive lobby and community room.

SEM Terrace is retirement living for those aged 62 or older. We offer each of our residents their own patio and outdoor area making us a “garden” setting. We offer three meals a day all served in our beautiful dining room.
We also have a large activities room with planned activities, scheduled transportation, pharmacy, beauty salon and staff on site for emergencies 24 hours a day.
